Creamy Zoodle Antipasto Salad
Zoodles - cooked or raw (I cooked mine)
8 oz. fresh mozzarella, cubed
1/2 cup creamy Italian dressing
Chopped pepperoni, soppresatta, and ham
Marinaded mushrooms
Red onion, minced
Sliced black olives
Chopped parsley
Creamy Italian dressing - I used Marie's
Mix everything up......refrigerate for an hour or so.
