1/2 cup diced ham
1/2 cup diced Genoa salami
1/2 cup diced pepperoni
1/4 cup sliced red onion
1/2 cup pearl mozzarella
1/2 cups marinated mushrooms
1/4 cup diced red peppers
Parsley
Pinch of crushed red pepper
Salt and fresh ground black pepper
Olive oil

In a mixting bowl,combine the first 7 ingredient. Season with ground black pepper, to taste. Add the parsley. Drizzle with olive oil.
