Cream Cheese Stuffed Peppadews with Parsley, Honey and Crushed Walnuts
12 Peppadew peppers
4oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon dried parsley
Honey
2 tablespoons crushed walnuts
Drain and dry the Peppadews. In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and parsley. Place mixture into a zip top bag and cut a small part of the corner with a scissor. Carefully pipe the cream cheese mixture into each of the Peppadews. Place on a serving platter.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with the crushed walnuts.
Footnote - I didn't have walnuts so I crushed some coconut-flavored almonds.
