Creamy Artichoke Spread for Crostini
1 - 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
3 tablespoons good quality grated Romano cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
Place all ingredients into a food processor. Pulse until well mixed but still slightly chunky. Pour spread into a container and refrigerate for about an hour to allow flavors to blend.
