2 Persian cucumbers, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped red onion
Fresh chopped dill
Crumbled feta
Place the cucumbers in a shallow bowl. Whisk the next 4 ingredients together and drizzle over cucumbers. Sprinkle with dill and feta.
